Position Overview
As a Sales Executive with Loop Net you will be part of a growth-oriented, innovative company and represent the industry’s most sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions. You will partner with the world’s top owners and brokers to develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to showcase and differentiate their portfolio of properties online.
Key Responsibilities- Relationship Management – Build relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor on all matters related to their strategic marketing plan.
- Business Development – Use CoStar Group’s extensive property data to prospect new clients and close new business.
- Teamwork – Partner with colleagues across Loop Net and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue.
- Business Industry Acumen – Develop subject‑matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, commercial real estate and market trends within your territory.
- Customer Focus – Deliver outstanding customer support through regular value‑added communication, share market insights and offer solutions that help clients achieve their goals.
- Build strong client relationships and conduct regular in‑person meetings (travel required).
- 4+ years of successful full‑cycle sales and account management in a B2B environment selling CRE, digital advertising, marketing solutions, AdTech, Prop Tech, Fin Tech, financial securities, business intelligence or data & analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- Demonstration of commitment to prior employers.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in a customer‑experience‑focused environment.
- Current and valid driver’s license; satisfactory driving record.
- Experience in Commercial Real Estate.
- Success in building long‑term relationships and partnerships with senior/C‑Suite level clients.
- Ability to analyze data, build reports and make strategic recommendations based on market data, trends and performance metrics.
- Access to an operational motor vehicle and ability to travel.
- Self‑starter who can work both independently and within a team, and adapt to high‑growth company environments.
