In-Home Sales & Tech Support (Part Time)

We are looking for an entry‑level Field Sales Representative who will support customers during our busiest hours. The role involves a hands‑on Serve, Solve, Sell™ approach, providing both sales and technical support in customers’ homes.

• Meet customers in‑home, in‑office, or at other locations to conduct sales sessions.
• Utilize the Serve, Solve, Sell™ model to provide exceptional service and achieve sales targets.
• Diagnose and resolve customers’ technical issues, delivering clear, understandable solutions.
• Identify customer needs, recommend tailored solutions, and close sales through effective communication and negotiation.
• Work independently in the field following a structured training program.
• Maintain a positive attitude and stay updated on product knowledge.

Part‑time with afternoon and evening availability. Most positions follow a standard 5‑day schedule from 4:05PM–9:00PM (end time may vary based on customer needs). Flexible 4‑plus‑day schedules are available in some markets, requiring 25 hours per week over at least four days, with at least one weekend day. Shifts are scheduled between 12:05PM and 9:00PM.

• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record; at least 1 year of driving experience.
• Proof of valid car insurance (excluding Manhattan).
• Personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles) in case of travel up to 120 miles one‑way.
• Personal cellphone for job communications.
• Comfortable working around household pets.
• Goal‑oriented, persuasive communication skills with a passion for learning.
• Outgoing, self‑motivated, and comfortable with human interaction.

• Base hourly rate of $21.00 on all hours worked, paid bi‑weekly.
• Uncapped commissions based on sales performance.
• Mileage reimbursement at IRS guidelines, paid weekly.
• Phone stipend of $35.00 per month.
• Three‑week paid training program.
• Early access to earned pay.
