Call Center Sales RepresentativeThis role involves making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting and selling products or services tailored to customer needs, handling objections, and closing sales. You will meet or exceed sales quotas and performance metrics while maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Follow up on leads, respond to inquiries, and stay informed about product updates, promotions, and offerings.

- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Strong sales and persuasion skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
- Previous sales or telemarketing experience is a plus
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results.

This job operates in a professional office environment. You will be largely sedentary, required to sit/stand for long periods, use a computer and telephone headset, operate office equipment, and occasionally move objects up to 40 pounds.
