What You’ll Do

  • Sell Neurology products to key stakeholders in the Multiple Sclerosis community, including neurologists, allied health professionals, and local MS chapters.
  • Develop and execute sales plans for the assigned territory.
  • Convey complex clinical and reimbursement information to customers and key stakeholders regarding Biogen products.
  • Use interpersonal skills and directed probing to identify and address customers’ educational needs.
  • Work with cross-functional peers to ensure customers are appropriately educated about available Biogen support services, as needed.
Territory
  • Field-based role covering Tampa North, Kissimmee, Winter Haven, Tampa/Clearwater North, New Port Richey, and Brooksville. Ideal candidate lives in Tampa area.
Qualifications
  • BS/BA preferred; MBA a plus.
  • 3–5+ years of pharma/specialty/hospital/biotech sales required.
  • Proven success (e.g., Top 30% ranking over 3+ years; achievement awards).
  • Ability to drive results in a challenging/ambiguous market; launch/business development/co-promotion experience an advantage.
  • Tenacious, outside-the-box, collaborative, customer/patient focused.
  • Driving is essential: valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record per Biogen policy.
  • Must live within the assigned territory.
Benefits
  • Base compensation range: $138,000–$185,000.
