I’m working on an Account Executive opportunity with a $100M+ commercial HVAC company backed by a Fortune 500 parent, focused on large-scale service, retrofit, and energy solutions across Tampa.
This is a true growth / hunter role where you’ll build a book of business and sell complex, high-value projects.

- Estimating, proposing, negotiating, and closing deals
- Reviewing drawings and supporting technical solution development
- Ability to read/redline drawings and think technically
- 10+ years in sales or engineering background with some sales exposure
- Hunter mindset with strong new business development focus
- Comfortable selling into complex, technical environments
