About the RoleA growing moving and logistics brokerage in Boca Raton, Florida is hiring a full-time, onsite Moving Sales Representative to join a high-volume inside sales floor. This role is focused on handling inbound opportunities, quoting moving services accurately, following up with prospects, and closing deals in a structured, commission-based environment.
Previous moving brokerage experience and hands‑on Granot proficiency are required to be considered for this position. This is not an entry‑level role. Candidates who meet the experience requirements and want to maximize their weekly earnings in a high-volume inbound environment are encouraged to apply.
What You Will Do- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers requesting moving services.
- Quote and book moving jobs with accuracy and efficiency using Granot.
- Manage pricing, follow‑up, and customer communication throughout the full sales process.
- Maintain organized records and active pipeline management.
- Meet and exceed weekly sales goals consistently.
- Perform reliably in a high-volume sales environment where follow-through and production metrics matter.
- Previous moving brokerage experience is required.
- Hands‑on Granot experience is required.
- Strong phone presence with demonstrated closing ability.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high-volume sales floor environment.
- Goal‑oriented with the ability to track and manage personal performance metrics.
- Professional communication, organizational skills, and consistent follow-through on open opportunities.
- This is a commission-based position with a tiered structure that rewards higher production directly.
- Commission of 20% on sales up to $9,000.
- Commission of 25% on sales between $9,001 and $13,000.
- Commission of 30% on sales above $13,000.
- Weekly performance incentives and bonuses in addition to commission.
- Typical weekly earnings range from $2,000 to $8,000 or more based on individual performance.
