Position: Bilingual Automotive Sales Consultant – Grow Your Career

Bilingual Candidates: We are specifically looking for team members fluent in English and Spanish to better serve our Spanish-speaking customers and provide a seamless experience for all our guests.

Customer-First Attitude: A passion for building lasting relationships and helping clients find the perfect vehicle.

Drive & Ambition: While prior dealership or automotive experience is preferred, we are more than willing to train the right candidate who brings a great attitude and a hunger to learn.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
  • Greet and engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
  • Guide customers through the entire sales process: test drives, financing options, and paperwork
  • Maintain relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business
  • Consistently achieve monthly sales goals and performance benchmarks
  • Stay knowledgeable about all new Buick and GMC models as well as pre-owned inventory
  • Use CRM systems and technology to follow up with leads and manage sales activity
REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Customer-first attitude with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and closing abilities
  • Comfortable using technology, CRM tools, and social media for outreach
  • Professional appearance and adherence to dealership dress code
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a pre-screening process including background and drug test
