Summary
A results-driven sales representative responsible for seeking out and engaging customer prospects, providing tailored solutions to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and profitability.

• Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers using strong sales arguments
• Conduct cost-benefit and needs analyses of existing/potential customers
• Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Perform cold calling to generate leads
• Resolve customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve sales targets and outcomes within deadlines
• Coordinate with team members and other departments for effective sales operations
• Analyze territory and market potential, track sales progress and status
• Report on customer needs, competitive activity, and opportunities for new products/services
• Stay informed on best practices and promotional trends
• Continuously improve through feedback

Working Hours, Working Style

• Full-time 8-17
• Schedule flexibility may be required to meet sales goals

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
• Valid Driver’s License (Required)
• Proven experience as a sales representative
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Familiarity with BRM and CRM tools
• Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills
