Inside Sales Specialist

We are looking for an energetic and customer‑focused individual who will join our sales team as a Customer Account Coordinator. You will manage the sales process, pursue upsell opportunities, oversee customer orders and quote requests received through multiple channels, and expand customer service horizons.

• Assist with the sales process and identify upsell opportunities while managing current accounts.
• Oversee customer orders and quote requests received through multiple channels for all levels of accounts.
• Interact with customers to solve problems, maintain relationships, and provide excellent service in a fast‑paced environment.

• Demonstrated success working with customers.
• Experience with inventory sales/order systems.
• Prior experience in industrial distribution or construction supply.
• Sales background.
