As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be the face of Briggs in your territory, building relationships, solving problems, and helping customers succeed through the right equipment and solutions at the right time.

• Build and grow strong relationships through face‑to‑face visits, calls, and virtual meetings.
• Expand your customer base while meeting sales and profitability goals.
• Partner closely with the sales team to share leads and deliver standout service.
• Stay sharp on our products, the market, and what customers need—then act on it.

• 3+ years of successful outside sales experience, ideally in construction, manufacturing, or distribution.
• Customer‑first mindset with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage your time, territory, and priorities with confidence.
• Comfort using tools like Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
