Position Summary
The Branch Sales Professional drives revenue growth by selling pest control solutions and related services through a customer-focused approach. This role identifies customer needs, recommends tailored solutions and builds lasting relationships to deliver exceptional service and long-term value.
Responsibilities- Sell additional services and/or general pest control protection to customers through warm leads, cold calls and onsite visits to residences and businesses.
- Conduct inspections to identify infestations, or conditions conducive to infestations, of wood destroying organisms and/or insects or other vertebrate pests, to make proposals and presentations to obtain sales contracts.
- Respond to and work assigned sales leads within the branch and/or territory while proactively generating additional pest control and related service opportunities.
- Prepare appropriate job specifications and treating instructions in accordance with existing laws, regulations, and company policy.
- Regularly operate and maintain a company vehicle while keeping the vehicle and other equipment in clean and working order, while adhering to the company Vehicle Policy.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, standing, bending, kneeling, crouching, and crawling to access tight spaces like basements, attics, and crawl spaces.
- 6+ months of related experience or training in sales.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Possesses a valid driver’s license and has 3+ consecutive years of driving history, as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of the role.
- Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).
- High school diploma or GED.

Most team members earn between $60,000 and $90,000 with additional compensation opportunities. Actual earnings beyond base pay will vary based on sales and are not a guarantee of wages.
Physically capable of regularly lifting up to 50 pounds with occasional heavier lifting. Requires clear vision for both close and distant tasks, with adjustable focus. Must be able to stand for long periods, perform repetitive motions, and manage exposure to pesticides, chemicals, pests, mold, allergens, and structural hazards; safety gear required. Moderate noise level in the work environment. Reasonable accommodations may be provided to assist individuals with disabilities in performing these essential functions.
