JOB – Account Manager, Government
Location:
Tampa, 33607
Pay:
On target earning year one $125,000
$75,000 base and uncapped commission
Type:
Direct hire
- Relationships within municipal public works, transportation, or utilities
- Must have (5)+ years selling B2G (business to government) in infrastructure or construction‑adjacent products
- Must be proficient with CRM tools
- Must be familiar with public procurement: IFBs, RFPs, sole‑source justification, cooperative purchasing vehicles, government contracting sales
- Must have strong technical aptitude and product specifications articulating ROI (energy savings, maintenance, lifecycle cost) to engineers
- Travel required 40% – Events nationwide, visiting sites, etc.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Background check required
- Drug screening required
$125,000 per year
