Position OverviewThis role is for an energetic Field Sales Account Executive who thrives in a fast‑paced sales environment. The primary responsibility is to increase the visibility and awareness of the membership product and maximize sales growth within a specific territory. The successful candidate will act as the key link between the sales team and real estate agents, generating excitement and interest and building a pipeline of business.
Responsibilities- Engage with real‑estate agents via in‑office meetings, trade shows, local industry events, and other professional settings to answer questions, provide product information and demonstrate products.
- Generate excitement and interest in the products, developing effective relationships to ensure customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Provide product information, deliver educational material and complete product demonstrations that illustrate the benefits of becoming a member.
- Build a pipeline of business and repeat opportunities.
- Accurately forecast weekly and monthly sales pipeline.
- Make sales and technical presentations to potential customers, both on‑site and via web presentations as required.
- Report to the Sales Manager with sales progress and pipeline updates.
- Attend sales meetings, conference calls and training sessions to stay abreast of new product features and benefits and to implement brand strategies that ensure a consistent marketing message.
- Build positive trusting relationships with real‑estate agents to influence the closing of sales deals.
- Travel up to 90% of the time.

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not‑for‑profit university or college OR commensurate experience as a full‑time residential real‑estate agent and a high‑school diploma.
- 3+ years of customer‑service or client‑facing experience, preferably in a sales or account‑management environment.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Web Enterprise, Salesforce, Hub Spot).
- Ability to work well in a team‑oriented environment, as well as independently.
