The Inside Sales Representative position with Tampa Bay Sun FC focuses on outbound sales, lead generation, and servicing existing season ticket member accounts. This role will sell a full menu of ticket products, including full season memberships, half season plans, flex plans, group outings, and premium experiences. The ideal candidate is motivated, organized, coachable, and eager to grow a career in sports sales.
This position requires a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, events, and matchdays. This role is designed to provide hands‑on sales experience, professional development, and a pathway to future growth within Tampa Bay Sun FC and the sports industry.
- Identify quality leads and prospects for season memberships, half season plans, flex plans, group outings, and premium experiences.
- Make daily outbound sales calls and emails to new prospects, past buyers, group leaders, and existing leads.
- Provide excellent customer service to current season ticket members, buyers, and prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with fans, clients, local businesses, and community groups.
- Achieve monthly and yearly revenue goals set by leadership.
- Maintain accurate notes, activity, and pipeline updates in the CRM.
- Support retention, renewals, referrals, and upsell opportunities.
- Perform matchday responsibilities, including client entertainment, sales tables, fan engagement, and selected matchday shifts.
- Represent Tampa Bay Sun FC professionally at community events, networking opportunities, and club events.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with new prospects.
- Familiarity with the sales process, relationship‑building, and objection handling.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to adapt quickly.
- Ability to work well in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and related sales tools.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn, grow, and be coached.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Previous sales, customer service, or sports industry experience preferred.
- Prior ticket sales experience is a plus, but not required.
