Job Description Summary

The Director of Sales – Cruise Channel is responsible for identifying and driving profitable growth opportunities across key customers within the Cruise Channel. This role focuses on building strong, lasting relationships with both headquarters and field leadership, ensuring operational orders are delivered and triaged appropriately, and partnering closely with our bottling system to unlock mutual growth for Coca-Cola and cruise line partners.

Responsibilities
  • Build strong, value-driven relationships with key partners to grow the business on both sides.
  • Lead administrative tasks, including order and invoice reconciliation.
  • Drive volume growth with corporate constituents and on-ship personnel by gaining alignment and commitment on key initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute business plans that meet customer needs and grow category volume and profitability.
  • Develop and execute customer engagement strategies, using solid financial acumen to influence decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective coordination and execution of all agreed-upon initiatives.
  • Align customer and internal resources to deliver results and successfully execute the annual business plan.
  • Drive growth, build and maintain trust-based partnerships, and deepen understanding of partner business objectives and operational realities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years of Sales or Operations experience within the beverage or CPG industries.
  • Location preference in the FL (Miami, Tampa, Ft. Lauderdale areas).
  • 25%+ travel required.
  • Ability to lead, prioritize, collaborate, and execute complex projects.
  • Relationship management experience with suppliers, contractors, and bottlers.
  • Knowledge of supplier capabilities and performance to enhance and manage relationships.
  • Supply Chain operations and bottler network expertise.
  • Ability to build and execute business plans, solutions, and contingency plans.
  • Experience leading regular business reviews with customers and bottlers.
  • Marketing acumen to connect Coca-Cola Brands with cruise partners.
  • Clear, compelling communication and presentation skills for executive audiences.
  • Customer-centric mindset focused on mutual value creation.
  • Comfortable with route to market and financial mechanics of all packages.

Location:

Tampa, Florida (preferred: Miami, Ft. Lauderdale areas) – 25%+ travel required.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: USD 141,000 – 165,200 (annual)
  • Annual Incentive: 30% of reference value.
  • Full range of medical, financial, and other benefits dependent on position.
