About the Role
As a Sales Analyst on the Employee Benefits team, you will manage the RFP (proposal) process for new business as well as existing and growing business through your blend of relationship management, customer service, and analytical skills. Your ability to build and maintain meaningful, effective relationships will be vital as you collaborate with internal and external customers (Sales Representatives, Brokers, Underwriters, and Employers) to provide the best possible outcome for all parties involved.
You will demonstrate core company values and brand in all interactions: professional negotiation, responsive communication, daily check‑ins, scheduled meetings, etc.
- Evaluate RFP risks for amendments and new groups
- Negotiate pricing, rate competitiveness, and product enhancements
- Analyze all RFP documents for underwriting feasibility, experience evaluation, and proposal accuracy
- Administer re‑quotes and corrections
- Manage Salesforce data input, stage updates, document uploads, reports, probability, and pipeline
Education: High School Diploma required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: Group Employee Benefits products, underwriting guidelines, and Salesforce CRM experience preferred.
Certifications/Licenses: Life and Disability insurance license for all states within the office’s assigned territory required.

Salary Range: $66,000 – $85,000 base, depending on experience. Incentive plan eligible.
