TheOpportunity
We are looking to add driven, high‑energy professionals to our growing team. This is a full‑cycle sales role where you will build your own book of business, develop relationships with key decision‑makers, and operate in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
This is not a transactional sales role; this is about problem‑solving, market awareness, and creating value for clients in real time.
What You’ll Do- Build and manage your own client portfolio through outbound outreach and inbound opportunities
- Develop relationships with procurement, supply chain, and executive‑level contacts
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities as conditions shift
- Navigate and close complex, high‑value transactions
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver a seamless client experience
- Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and availability
- Strong work ethic and a high level of personal accountability
- Competitive, driven, and motivated by performance and earnings
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Coachable, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Sales experience (cold calling or similar) is a plus, but not required
- $50,000 base salary + uncapped commission
- Typical first‑year earnings: $100,000–$125,000+
- Flat 10% commission on gross profit (no tiers or thresholds)

- Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST / 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM CST (includes a paid lunch break and afternoon break)
