- You’ll manage the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and business development through contract negotiation and execution.
- You’ll collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and long‑term growth of strategic partnerships.
- You’ll represent the organization at industry conferences, executive meetings, and networking events while maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and revenue forecast.
- 10+ years of progressive healthcare sales, business development, or strategic partnership experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience selling directly to health plans, managed care organizations, or payer executives.
- Demonstrated success developing and closing enterprise‑level partnerships with commercial and government health plans.
- Strong understanding of health plan operations, value‑based care, Medicare Advantage, and Medicaid Managed Care.
- Established network within the payer market with the ability to influence senior executive stakeholders.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Self‑motivated, highly organized, results‑driven, and comfortable managing complex sales cycles.
