Sales And Marketing Specialist

Role Description

The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Tampa Bay Area. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying prospective blue-collar business clients, conducting discovery conversations, and presenting Veritas AI Systems’ solutions in a clear, outcomes-focused way. The specialist will manage the sales pipeline, follow up on leads, prepare proposals, and support closing new business while maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships.

On a day-to-day basis, the role includes coordinating marketing campaigns, creating and updating sales collateral, supporting events or webinars, and gathering market feedback to refine messaging and positioning. The specialist will collaborate with leadership and technical teams to ensure client expectations are aligned with service capabilities and to help train clients on new systems as needed.

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in accessible, business-focused language.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills, including pipeline management, opportunity tracking, and consistent follow-up.
• Candidates should possess Training skills to support client onboarding, product education, and internal knowledge sharing.
• Candidates should have experience or strong interest in B2B sales, preferably with small or mid-sized businesses and/or technology or AI-related services.
• Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational and time management abilities, along with proficiency in CRM tools and basic digital marketing platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Comfortable working remote, no travel needed.
