ADP is hiring a Major Account Business Process Outsourcing Sales Representative.
We are looking for an energetic, goal‑driven professional who thrives in a fast‑paced team environment. As a product specialist you’ll partner with accounts to create and execute business plans, develop campaigns, and conduct market research to help secure new opportunities.
What You’ll Do- Overlay Major Account Sales Representatives within a geographic territory to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals.
- Implement a top‑down sales strategy targeting Presidents, CEOs, CFOs, and Owners to build a network with C‑level executives.
- Cross‑sell additional ADP products within the territory, highlighting the full suite of solutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and develop relationships with internal groups within the territory.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of quota‑carrying, outside B2B sales experience
- Track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory, and strong presentation skills to C‑suite level executives
- Over‑achieving quota while managing a complex sales process
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team environment
- Demonstrated success in internal and external partnership in prior sales roles
- Master’s Degree or higher
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in HCM, technology, business equipment, finance, accounting or software sales
- Ability to leverage social media to promote thought leadership and drive business development opportunities

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is USD $76,400.00 – USD $ per year.
