We are GROWING and need a ROCK STAR Salesperson. We are a successful recruiting and staffing company based in Tampa, FL. We are looking for a driven New Client Sales Representative to help us grow our client base. This role is focused exclusively on bringing in new companies that need hiring and recruiting support.

We would like a LOCAL candidate to work in the Tampa Bay Market.

This is a commission-only with a flexible schedule. Part-time is idea and the is opportunity ideal for a strong sales professional who is confident in outbound prospecting, relationship building, and closing new business.

This is NOT a recruiting role. This is a sales role focused on generating new clients for our recruiting services.

Responsibilities:

• One to Two deals a month - easy and obtainable
• Identify and target companies that are actively hiring or have ongoing staffing needs
• Prospect decision-makers (owners, HR leaders, hiring managers) through cold outreach, networking, and referrals
• Pitch our recruiting services to new potential clients
• Set up meetings with the decision maker and the CEO of our company to close the deal
• Bring in new business that generates recruiting assignments for our team
• Build and manage your own pipeline of prospects

Compensation:

• Commission-only structure (each CLOSED deal and HIRED person will pay between $5,000 - $7,500)
• Commission is paid on successful placements after client payment is received
