Area Sales Manager - Boston Heart Diagnostics; Florida

Job Description

Position Summary:

This role supports the Clinical Sales efforts of Boston Heart Diagnostics, focusing on relationships with Physicians, Clinicians (IM, PCP, Cardiologist, Endocrinologist), Nurse Practitioners, Naturopaths, some Chiropractors and other professional clinical disciplines.

• Speak with clinicians of all levels regarding the science behind BHD testing and position our proprietary tests favorably versus the competition.
• Present product features and benefits utilizing proper sales techniques and maintain and grow existing accounts while driving new account development.
• Convert clients in competitive selling situations and grow new accounts into full adopters versus trial dabblers.
• Manage the territory efficiently, using all available resources to grow the business.
• Complete all paperwork and administrative duties timely, including expense reports, CRM call entry, speaker program paperwork, etc.
• Attend sales meetings, training, conventions, and trade shows as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Science related field.
• 10 years of sales experience in Biotech, Medical Device, Diagnostic Equipment and/or Pharmaceutical industry with a focus in cardiovascular area.
• Evidence of top sales achievement with multi‑level account management experience.
• Track record for meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
• Valid Driver’s License.

• Major account management experience.

The expected salary range is $80,000–$100,000 annually. This position is also eligible for commissions on sales.
