• Opportunities to engage with the community outside of the store to expand loyal customer base, including off‑site Verizon events.

• Base pay $16.00–$21.00 per hour, plus up to $18,000 annual commissions if you hit goals.
• Top performers can earn extra commissions up to $14,500 or more, allowing total earnings $65,000–$75,500+ annually.
• Bilingual speakers may receive an extra $3,000 annually after language assessment.

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of relevant experience (work, military).
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays (schedule known 4 weeks in advance).
• Openness to additional shifts during peak periods.
• Experience in a commission‑based environment (preferred).
• Sales experience communicating solutions (preferred).
• Customer service experience (preferred).

Onsite at a defined location.
