Position Overview

CoVar Transport is seeking a motivated and competitive Carrier Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to build a career in logistics sales. You’ll play a key role in developing carrier relationships, managing freight, and contributing directly to company growth.

This position offers uncapped commission potential and strong opportunities for professional development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow a portfolio of carriers by identifying, sourcing, and building relationships with trucking companies
  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, negotiate rates, and service an active carrier network
  • Utilize internal systems to manage daily operational tasks and track shipments
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient execution and high service levels
  • Maintain strong communication with carriers to ensure on-time performance and issue resolution
Qualifications
  • Sales experience preferred but not required
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
