As a Sales Supervisor, you will strive to achieve personal and store sales goals while prioritizing the customer experience through supervision and guidance of the team.

• Assist upper management to drive results through a strategic and multifaceted approach.
• Responsible for key opening and closing duties and operational tasks.
• Demonstrate flexibility and desire for individual growth in a fast‑paced store environment.
• Foster customer relationships by continually developing personal knowledge of current trends and coaching styling techniques.
• Empower team to ensure the highest level of customer service standards while exercising leadership and multi‑tasking capabilities.

• 2+ years of relevant retail experience.
• Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking in English.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States.
• Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including flexible schedule, weekends and holidays.

• Stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift).
• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Reach overhead, bend, kneel, and stoop.
• Handle merchandise and operate point‑of‑sale equipment.
• Visually assess merchandise and customer needs.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members in both written and verbal formats.
• Work in busy environments, including bright lights, music, and peak traffic hours.
