Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

You're the spark. Find local businesses with weak websites, get them on a 15‑minute call, and earn on every meeting that turns into a deal.

Remote
· US (or hybrid in Tampa
· Ormond Beach
· Charleston) Full‑time
· 100% Commission $45K – $70K
· Uncapped Reports to AE Manager

The role

What you’ll really be doing

As an SDR at Snappi Sites, you’re the front line of the pipeline. We supply you with vetted leads in your territory and give you the outbound playbook, scripts, and tooling to work them efficiently. You hunt across phone, email, and social, qualify against our ICP, and book discovery calls for your Account Executive. Pure commission, uncapped — every meeting that closes pays.

What

you’ll do
  • Work the warm and cold leads we surface to you each week
  • Prospect 60+ local businesses per day across phone, email, and Linked In
  • Qualify leads against our ICP (industry, web presence, revenue signals)
  • Book qualified discovery calls onto your AE’s Calendly
  • Hand off context‑rich notes so the AE walks in with a story
  • Log every touch in Snappi Factory and own your daily activity metrics
Who you are
  • Hungry, coachable, and not afraid of a phone
  • 0–2 years of sales experience (or recent grad with the grit)
  • Comfortable hearing ‘no’ twenty times before the ‘yes’
  • Organized — you can run a structured outbound day without hand‑holding
  • Excited about small business and modern sales tooling
