More than 50% of interns earn a full‑time Outside Sales Professional position at Tom James, and yield 30% higher results. A collaborative real‑world environment where you will come out of the internship with unparalleled phone calling and prospecting skills that will translate in any sales role.

• Book appointments with qualified leads over the phone.
• Act as a sales development representative using prospecting tools to enhance selling opportunities.
• Gain in-depth understanding of what it takes to succeed in professional sales.
• Collaborate with local interns and interns nationwide while working alongside top sales mentors.

• The internship is 8 hours/week (September 21st - November 13th).
• $15/hour.
• 2 in‑person on‑campus workshops during week 2 & 6 of the program hosted by intern leader.
• Combination of live Zoom corporate training and weekly small group calls with intern leader.

• Active student graduating by Summer 2027.
• Must attend the University in title of posting (due to on‑campus requirements).
• Must be able to attend both in‑person workshops and Friday live Zooms.
