Responsibilities
- Achieve sales objectives by leading the execution of Direct Store Delivery Excellence (DSDE) best practices in the market.
- Establish store-level growth plans that align with Zone objectives for revenue, freshness, and realization, and build customer relationships to support those goals.
- Conduct quarterly reviews with business partners to identify opportunities and develop action plans.
- Execute growth opportunities to increase market share on strategic brands using DSDE best practices.
- Utilize sales data tools to inform decisions with frontline salespeople and drive brand growth through acquisition of new space and displays.
- Collaborate in a team environment and bring one’s authentic self to work.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; high school diploma required. A combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates competency may substitute.
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- 3–5 years of related experience in customer relations or sales.
- At least six months of experience leading and influencing others.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
- Ability to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical card.
- Proficient in reading, speaking, writing, and answering questions in English for transportation and business purposes.
- Bilingual—English/Spanish a plus.
- Salary Range: $63,500 – $82,500
