In this key role, you’ll report to and collaborate closely with the Director, Franchise Development to drive and oversee franchise growth initiatives in the South and Southeast Regions (NC, SC, TN, AR, GA, AL, MS, and FL). You’ll be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and securing qualified prospective franchisees to expand Galt Franchise Systems (GPS). This role involves lead generation, sales planning, relationship management, and ensuring compliance with franchise regulations.

You’ll be the driving force behind our growth, crafting bold lead generation strategies, closing high-impact franchise sales, delivering GPS’ offerings at networking events, and playing a critical role as liaison in driving franchisee success. Candidates with pharmaceutical sales or related experience are encouraged to apply.

In summary, the Regional Manager of Franchise Sales must be able to hunt, build, and close within the South and Southeast region! This Sales Hunter will be tenacious, self‑motivated, and goal‑oriented individual driven by the thrill of acquiring new business!

The incumbent will relentlessly identify and qualify high-value leads across digital platforms, networks, referrals, and industry databases. Own a pipeline of premium prospects that fuel aggressive growth. Execute multi‑channel outreach including calls, emails, social, in‑person and convert leads into revenue opportunities by fully presenting the franchise opportunity and continuing to follow‑up until the deal is closed.

Must be available to travel as needed for lead generation, networking events, prospect meetings, franchisee consultations, and corporate meetings (up to 25% of time).

Responsibilities
  • Conduct in‑depth market analysis to identify high‑potential territories and uncover strategic expansion opportunities.
  • Develop and implement a strategic franchise sales plan to attract qualified candidates.
  • Build, nurture and advance a high‑quality prospect pipeline and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to successful franchise acquisition.
  • Identify and engage qualified franchise prospects through social networking, direct outreach, and various multi‑channel marketing efforts.
  • Present franchise opportunity, explain business model, and discuss operational and financial requirements.
  • Represent the Galt Franchise Systems (GPS) brand at events and network to source prospects.
  • Work alongside compliance and legal teams to uphold the accuracy and integrity of documentation and contracts.
  • Work with GPS leadership to negotiate franchise agreements and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain strong relationships with franchisees by providing ongoing relationship support.
  • Collaborate with the GPS team to create compelling sales materials and digital campaigns that attract and convert qualified prospects.
  • Track, document and manage all prospective efforts, sales lead generation, and sales performance; maintain detailed records of all phone interactions, and follow up with personalized emails—leveraging the CRM to streamline communication and ensure consistent engagement.
