Responsibilities
- Responsible for new business development in a highly productive, sales-driven environment
- Responsible for the full sales cycle, from lead generation to close
- Identify and qualify potential clients, leads and referrals resulting in sales per month
- Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments and making initial presentations
- Closes sales by building rapport with potential accounts and explaining service capabilities
- Conduct a minimum of 20 hours prospecting each week
- Utilize and manage CRM to maintain all client and lead information
- Maintain and manage your Hot 25 list in the CRM
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner so that you get along with Clients, co-workers, and supervisors
- High School diploma required
- Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred
- Two to three year prior history working in a B2B sales environment, and track record of success
- “Hunter” sales acumen; goal driven and self-motivated
- Prior sales training certificate preferred
- Strong written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills required
- Demonstrated analytical, negotiating, problem-solving skills and highly detail-orientation
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems or SFDC
