Account Manager, TendonSeam; South Florida

We are seeking a Tendon Seam Account Manager to expand adoption of our soft tissue fixation technology by partnering with surgeons, supporting onboarding, and ensuring successful real‑time use in surgical settings.

• Convert and onboard surgeons to the Tendon Seam technology, guiding them from case preparation through execution.
• Be physically present in operating rooms to instruct surgical teams.
• Collect and communicate case data, manage inventory in the assigned area, and educate customers for deep product understanding.
• Maintain awareness of competitive products, complete billing for covered cases, and obtain and maintain credentialing across all relevant facilities.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.

• Bachelor’s degree in biological science, business, or a related field.
• Seven years of sales experience in orthopedics, preferably in sports medicine.
• High integrity, strong work ethic, high energy, self‑motivation, and a positive attitude.
• Computer proficiency.
• All field sales professionals who enter healthcare facilities must complete the credentialing process and comply with facility requirements, including any established vaccine protocols.
