Territory Sales Representative

Join a fast-growing cannabis beverage company that's redefining the infused beverage space. This is a hands‑on, field-based sales opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, growing retail accounts, and helping scale an emerging brand in a high-growth category.

• Manage and grow existing retail accounts throughout the Tampa market
• Call on liquor stores to secure weekly orders and drive consistent sales
• Build strong relationships with store owners and retail decision‑makers
• Coordinate deliveries between retail partners and the local warehouse
• Execute 1–2 in‑store sampling events each week to drive consumer trial and awareness
• Identify opportunities to increase distribution, improve merchandising, and grow account volume
• Track territory activity, account performance, and sales results
• Partner closely with sales leadership to execute territory growth strategies

• Sales experience within alcohol, cannabis, hemp, beverage, or other regulated consumer products
• Experience working within the three‑tier distribution system strongly preferred
• Proven success managing retail accounts, preferably independent liquor stores or beverage retailers
• Self‑starter who is comfortable working independently in the field
• Strong relationship‑building, communication, and organizational skills
• Comfortable representing the brand at sampling events and customer meetings
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
