Position Overview

As an Internet Sales Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for customers shopping online. You'll assist customers through phone, text, email, and chat while helping them find the right vehicle and guiding them through the early stages of the buying process.

Success in this role comes from strong communication skills, excellent follow-up, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to internet leads, emails, texts, and chat inquiries
  • Build rapport with customers andidentifytheir vehicle needs
  • Provide vehicle information, pricing, availability, and financing options
  • Schedule appointments and test drives
  • Follow up consistently with prospective customers
  • Maintainaccuraterecords within the CRM system
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensurea seamless customer experience
  • Develop knowledge of Ford products, technology, and promotions
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the buying process
