Salary Range: $60,000 – $100,000 Base + Commission per year

• Lead by example, demonstrating leadership and creating energy and excitement around products and services.
• Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store.
• Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals and oversee all store functions, from sales and inventory to implementation of new programs.
• Sell personalized solutions beyond basic device and service plans, including accessories and IoT devices.
• Keep the store in its best condition.
• Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty and empathy.
• Become proficient in digital tools for coverage comparison, plan benefits and device/account troubleshooting.
• Complete in‑store training, new skills and processes, system knowledge and reference resources.
• Collaborate with employees across channels to own the customer experience, resolve issues, handoff small business leads and build strong peer relationships.

• Strong leadership skills and a competitive drive.
• Willingness to lead a team and share best practices while serving customers.
• Effective operational, financial and performance management.
• Excellent communication skills with team and customers.
• Prior wireless sales experience.
• Minimum 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Full‑time 45‑hour availability.
