We're Hiring:
Sales Agents at My Eco Wash
My Eco Wash Car Wash in Pembroke Pines is looking for 2 energetic, outgoing people to join our team as Sales Agents. Your job is simple: greet customers, pitch memberships, and earn bonuses for every sign-up.
THE ROLE:Pay: $14–18/hr + performance bonuses (the more memberships you sell, the more you earn)
Schedule:
Part-time, flexible hours — weekdays and weekends. You pick your availability.
Reports to:
On-site manager
Greet every customer with energy and a smile at the entrance
Pitch our unlimited wash memberships to non-member customers
Answer questions about our wash packages and membership plans
Help customers sign up on the spot
Hit weekly and monthly sign-up goals to earn bonuses
Represent My Eco Wash as the first face customers see
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:Someone with hustle — you don't wait around, you create opportunities
Friendly, confident, and comfortable talking to strangers all day
Available weekdays and weekends (flexible scheduling)
Not currently in school — we need someone with a reliable, consistent schedule
Some sales or customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
Must be eligible to work in the US
Must have reliable transportation to get to the wash
