Water-City Blaze is looking for a Sales Consultant to support face-to-face customer acquisition campaigns throughout Tampa.

Working directly with customers, you'll introduce the latest mobile plans, smartphones, home internet services, and connectivity solutions while helping people choose services that fit their lifestyle, budget, and communication needs.

No previous sales experience is required. Full training and ongoing coaching are provided.

You'll work in customer-facing environments where every day brings new conversations and opportunities to develop your communication and sales skills.

You'll learn about each customer's communication needs, introduce mobile and connectivity solutions, and help them compare plans, devices, and services that best suit their lifestyle. From the first conversation through to account setup, you'll play an important role in delivering a positive customer experience.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Speaking with customers in face-to-face environments
• Presenting mobile plans, smartphones, home internet, and connectivity services
• Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable telecommunications solutions
• Supporting customer registrations and new account setup
• Building positive customer relationships through excellent service
• Working towards individual and team sales objectives
• Participating in ongoing coaching, product training, and professional development

• Practical experience in face-to-face sales
• Knowledge of telecommunications products, mobile services, and connectivity solutions
