Event Sales Assistant

Water-City Blaze is looking for an Event Sales Assistant to support face-to-face customer acquisition campaigns at retail promotions, pop-up events, and community activations throughout Tampa.

Working with leading mobile and connectivity providers, you'll introduce customers to smartphones, mobile plans, home internet, and connected services while helping them find solutions that fit their everyday needs.

No previous sales or events experience is required. Full training and ongoing coaching are provided.

You'll spend your day at busy retail locations and live events, creating positive customer experiences through face-to-face conversations.

Every interaction is different. You'll introduce customers to mobile and connectivity solutions, answer questions, demonstrate available products and services, and help people choose options that suit their lifestyle.

Working alongside an experienced team, you'll develop practical sales skills while learning how successful event campaigns operate.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Representing leading mobile and connectivity brands at live events and retail promotions
• Engaging customers through face-to-face conversations
• Demonstrating smartphones, mobile services, home internet, and connectivity solutions
• Helping customers compare products, plans, and service options
• Supporting customer registrations and account setup
• Working with your team to achieve daily campaign and sales objectives
• Participating in ongoing coaching, product training, and professional development

• Practical experience in event sales and customer engagement
