Location: Tampa/Westchase, FL 33626

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (On-site)

Compensation: $19.25–$24.00/hr + Bonus on New Contractors

Our client is seeking a motivated, high-energy Dealer Account Executive to help grow their nationwide dealer network by enrolling HVAC and home-improvement contractors into a leading Consumer Financing Program
. This role is ideal for candidates with strong outbound sales
, B2B sales
, or contractor engagement experience who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

You will prospect, pitch, and onboard contractors, giving them a back-office financing solution that helps close more jobs by presenting consumer financing options to every customer. If you excel at outbound calling, generating new business, and building long-term dealer relationships, this role offers a clear path to Sales Manager tied directly to performance.

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting and warm calling to generate new dealer relationships

• Pitch consumer financing programs to HVAC and home-improvement contractors and close new enrollments

• Manage the full dealer lifecycle from first contact through onboarding

• Maintain accurate CRM pipeline records and daily activity tracking

• Collaborate with marketing on contractor outreach campaigns

• Work a consistent weekly pipeline discipline to drive new business

• Represent the full financing program suite, including:

  • White Glove Financing

  • IDAP Self-Service Portal

  • Know Before You Go credit pre-screening

• Complete vendor registrations and pre-qualification documents

• Support post-submission follow-ups and documentation requests

• 1–2 years of outbound or B2B sales experience

• Proven ability to self-generate new business

• Comfortable using CRM software for pipeline and account tracking

• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  Spanish is a plus

• HVAC or contractor-financing experience is a strong differentiator (not required)

• Reliable transportation required (office located in 33626)

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• $19.25–$24.00/hr based on experience
