Looking for a career with unlimited earning potential? At , we’re looking for motivated individuals to join our Insurance Sales team in the Tampa Bay area! We are a call center seeking competitive money motivated individuals to help people make important decisions regarding their healthcare.
* No license or sales experience required to apply. We will pay and help you obtain a 2-40 license if you do not have one.*
* Not a remote position**

- Earning Potential: $75,000-$125,000+ per year
- $20/hr base pay + Commission
- Biweekly guaranteed income, sales contests & bonuses

- Full time in-office, Monday-Friday 9am-6pm
- Ability to work in a call center insurance sales environment
- Competitive and self-motivated personality
- Teachable attitude – we provide hands on sales training and mentorship
- Strong communication skills and confidence in an insurance sales environment
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
- The ability to multitask and navigate multiple screens while talking on the phone
- Strong time-management skills
- Ability to pass a background check to obtain an insurance license
- No cold calling – leads are fully provided
