Licensed Sales Agent

As a Licensed Sales Agent you will assist customers with inquiries that will include; general policy information, enrollment assistance, benefit breakdown, billing review, and cross selling various ancillary products.ÂÂ

Do

• Take inbound calls & make outbound calls to warm/hot leads.ÂÂ
• Have interactive conversations with prospective and existing customers to showcase your active listening skillsÂÂ
• Effectively create customer need by conducting various probing techniques.ÂÂ
• Accurately describe benefits and features for all available product lines.ÂÂ
• Follow documented processes and guidelines.ÂÂ
• Document systems properly to ensure accurate tracking and accountability.ÂÂ
• Achieve all sales and call center goals.ÂÂ

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.ÂÂ
• Valid insurance license with health component.ÂÂ
• Current continuing education requirements for license must be metÂÂ
• Knowledge of successful selling techniques.ÂÂ
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.ÂÂ
• Must have an enthusiastic, flexible and assertive personality.ÂÂ
• Experience in a call center.ÂÂ
• Ability to sit for long periods of time.ÂÂ
• PC literate. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Products is a plusÂÂ
• Must be comfortable in a competitive goals driven sales environment.ÂÂ
• Must demonstrate multi-tasking and critical thinking skills regularly.ÂÂ
• Passion for helping people and developing strong sales relationshipsÂÂ
• Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all timesÂÂ
• Good attendance is a must.ÂÂ
• Hardwired high-speed internet connection with a minimum download speed of 30mbps and upload speed of 20mbps with the ability to connect company supplied equipment via 2 Ethernet ports on existing modem/router.ÂÂ
• Ability & flexibility to troubleshoot any connectivity issues with your local ISPÂÂ
• A private home workspace where customer information can remain secureÂÂ
• Build capability to ensure operational excellence and maintain superior customer service levels of the existing account/client
  • Undertake product trainings to stay current with product features, changes and updates
  • Enroll in product specific and any other trainings per client requirements/recommendations
  • Partner with team leaders to brainstorm and identify training themes and learning issues to better serve the client
  • Update job knowledge by participating in self learning opportunities and maintaining personal networks
