Profile Summary
We are seeking an individual with 7+ years sales/marketing success selling Employee Benefit products through brokers and consultants in Florida. The candidate should have extensive product knowledge, strong marketplace relationships, be open to some travel, hold a bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), and have a proven track record of sales success.
Responsibilities- Promote Voya products to brokers and consultants within the assigned territory.
- Handle renewal responsibilities for all assigned and sold accounts.
- Establish new and existing sales through relationships with third parties, brokers, dealers, and direct contacts.
- Sell Voya Employee Benefit product line including Group Life, Disability, and others such as UL, WL, CI, Accident, HI, and DI.
- 7+ years of sales/marketing success selling Employee Benefits products through brokers and consultants.
- Extensive product knowledge and strong marketplace relationships; openness to travel.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Proven track record of sales success.
Voya is committed to pay that is fair and equitable, with comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities. The base salary range for this position is $52,320 - $65,400 USD, exclusive of any incentive or commission structure.
