Our average pay range is $75,000–$150,000 per year, with the potential for higher earnings based on skill level.

• Ability to converse with customers, discuss needs, and guide appropriately within the dealership
• Strong organizational, follow‑up, and accurate record‑keeping
• Active listening and delivering 110% customer experience
• Clear and persuasive communication in both positive and negative situations
• Quick thinker and learner
• Previous call center experience (asset)
• Interest in the automotive industry
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, changing environment
• Enjoy providing customer enthusiasm
• Continuous improvement mindset, collaboration with team members, and attentiveness
• Saturdays required and some Sundays
