$100,000 - $125,000 Base + Uncapped Commission (OTYE $200k+) + 401k + Insurance

The ideal candidate will have a proven sales background in construction selling into contractors, developers, architects, property managers and will be responsible for generating new opportunities across both existing buildings and new construction projects around building envelope restoration, masonry repair, waterproofing, façade restoration, preservation and exterior rehabilitation projects.

• Develop new business opportunities across commercial building envelope, restoration and preservation projects within your local territory.
• Build long‑term relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, developers, property managers and national real estate organisations.
• Generate opportunities across both new‑build developments and existing commercial buildings requiring restoration, waterproofing, masonry, façade and exterior envelope services.
• Manage the full sales process from prospecting and client meetings through estimating support, proposal presentation, negotiation and project award.
• Work closely with operations and estimating teams to develop commercially competitive solutions while growing your own client portfolio with no restrictive sales limitations.

• Experience in commercial construction sales, ideally within building envelope, restoration, masonry, waterproofing, roofing, concrete repair, façade, preservation or related subcontracting services.
• Proven track record developing new business with contractors, architects, developers, property managers, consultants or commercial building owners.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction projects and confidence building relationships with decision makers throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial and excited by the opportunity to maximise earnings through an uncapped commission structure.
• Ideally well‑connected within the local commercial construction market.
