A leading Southeast distributor is rebuilding its Florida sales team in the above specific locations with new leadership, a new compensation model, and territory ownership. This deliberate investment in the next generation of commercial talent.
You’ll inherit:
- An existing book of business
- Clear growth targets from day one
You’ll also be expected to win new business across a diverse customer base, including food & beverage, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, commercial print, hospitality, and more.

- Target bonus of 50% of base salary, with accelerators for exceeding targets and no cap on earnings
