• Answering customer questions and providing accurate information about current campaigns.
• Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.
• Assisting customers throughout the sales or sign-up process.

• Working closely with your team to achieve campaign and sales objectives.

Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, events, or another customer-facing role is beneficial but not required.
