THE ROLE

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive the development of our wine portfolio across key Caribbean markets.

This is a hands-on commercial role for someone who enjoys being in the market. You will work closely with our distributor partners, their sales and marketing teams, key customers and our winery partners to identify opportunities, build brands and deliver sustainable sales growth.

Based in Central or South Florida, the position requires frequent international travel to the Caribbean.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop strong, collaborative relationships with distributor partners and key stakeholders across assigned markets.
  • Drive sales growth and market share across the Stansfeld Scott wine portfolio.
  • Work closely with distributor sales and marketing teams to translate brand and portfolio strategies into effective in-market execution.
  • Spend significant time in-market identifying opportunities, understanding competitive dynamics and supporting key customer development.
  • Analyze sales, depletion and inventory data to identify trends, opportunities and areas requiring action.
  • Develop annual sales forecasts and market plans and monitor performance against agreed objectives.
  • Work with winery partners and internal teams to develop and execute brand plans and market initiatives.
  • Conduct wine education, portfolio presentations and brand training for distributor teams, customers and trade partners.
  • Support key account development across both the on-trade and off-trade.
  • Monitor market, consumer and competitive trends across assigned territories.
  • Travel internationally approximately 40-50% of the time for market visits, customer meetings, supplier activities and trade events.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Commercial sales and marketing experience within wine, beverage alcohol or a related consumer products industry.
  • Strong understanding of wine, with WSET Level 2 or higher preferred.
  • Experience working with distributors and managing sales through third-party distribution networks strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing sales forecasts, budgets and commercial plans.
  • Comfortable analyzing sales data and translating insights into action.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively across different cultures and markets.
  • Confident presenter with the ability to educate, influence and motivate distributor sales teams and customers.
  • Highly organized, resourceful and comfortable managing multiple markets and priorities independently.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally approximately 40-50%.
  • Spanish or French language skills are an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
REWARDS
  • Opportunity to build and develop an internationally recognized portfolio of wine brands across dynamic Caribbean markets.
  • A high degree of ownership and autonomy within an established, privately held company.
  • Exposure to leading wineries, distributor partners and customers throughout the region.
  • International travel and ongoing wine and industry education.
  • Technology and tools that enable effective work both in-market and remotely.
