You will own the sales cycle from targeted outreach and qualification through solution alignment, proposal, and close. Success requires curiosity about how a customer’s business works, discipline in managing a pipeline, and the judgment to bring product and technical experts into the conversation at the right time.

Responsibilities## What you will do
* Build and manage a healthy pipeline through thoughtful outbound prospecting, referrals, partnerships, and timely follow-up on inbound interest.
* Lead discovery with executives and operational stakeholders to uncover business priorities, decision criteria, risks, and measurable outcomes.
* Translate customer needs into clear solution narratives, demonstrations, proposals, and business cases in partnership with product and delivery experts.
* Navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes, maintain accurate forecasts and CRM records, and move qualified opportunities to a mutually sound close.
* Share market and customer insight that improves positioning, packaging, product priorities, and the overall sales playbook.

Qualifications## What you bring
* Three or more years of success in B2B SaaS, technology, data, AI, automation, or consultative services sales.
* Evidence of meeting or exceeding quota while owning a meaningful portion of the full sales cycle.
* Strong discovery, presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills with executive-level credibility.
* A consistent prospecting habit, sound qualification judgment, and comfort using a CRM to manage activity and forecast clearly.
* The ability to learn technical concepts quickly and explain value in practical business terms without overselling.
