This is a full‑time on‑site Salesperson role based in Tampa, FL. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and providing tailored solutions from Accurate Employer Solutions’ suite of services. Core duties include conducting sales presentations, prospecting leads, meeting sales targets, and maintaining detailed records of sales activities. The role requires consistent collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.

• Proficiency in sales techniques, lead generation, and client outreach
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in consultative selling, business development, and relationship management
• Ability to effectively present solutions and address client needs
• Organized and detail‑oriented with strong time management skills
• Basic understanding of payroll, HR processes, and benefits administration is a plus
• Self‑motivated and goal‑driven with the ability to thrive in a competitive environment
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
• Previous experience in B2B sales or with a PEO is a significant advantage
