Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist-Full Time

Rate: $60K commensurate with experience, plus commission

Location:

Tampa, FL Onsite Only

Must be a United States Citizen due to Ombra's relationship with the Department of Defense.

Position Summary: As an Inside Sales Specialist at Ombra, you will be at the forefront of our sales strategy, identifying and engaging new business opportunities. You will be responsible for selling in various capacities, including following up on leads, assisting with event participation and setting appointments. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What We Expect from You

• Previous experience in outside sales or inside sales (solar, car, door to door, etc.) preferred but not required
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet daily call volume targets
• Willingness to be in office M-F 8:30-5:30 and occasional Saturdays
• Up to 25% travel may be required
• Represent the Ombra Culture consistently and exceed client needs and expectations
• The drive to do whatever it takes!!!
• Consistent follow-up with clients using creative outreach methods

Education and Experience

• GED or high school diploma preferred

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
