Travel Agent

ACS Auto Club Services, Inc., an AAA-affiliated leader in travel, insurance, and financial services, is seeking a Travel Agent to support members with customized travel planning. In this member-focused role, you will consult with customers to understand their needs and design end-to-end itineraries, including air, hotel, car rental, cruises, and tour packages while promoting relevant insurance and financial products. You will use GDS/online booking tools to secure reservations, manage changes, and resolve issues quickly.

The Travel Agent will uphold ACS standards for integrity, safety, and reliability while meeting service and sales goals and contributing to a collaborative, development-focused team environment.

Responsibilities

• Consult with members to assess travel needs and preferences
• Design and book complete travel itineraries (air, hotel, car, cruise, tours)
• Use GDS/online booking tools to research and secure reservations
• Promote appropriate travel insurance and related financial products
• Handle itinerary changes, cancellations, and issue resolution promptly
• Provide accurate destination, documentation, and safety information
• Meet or exceed service, quality, and sales performance goals
• Maintain detailed and accurate member and booking records
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and support coverage
• Uphold ACS and AAA standards for integrity, safety, and member service
